Booking & Cancellation Policy: A one night deposit is required upon booking a room. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. If booking is made 60 days or less prior to arrival, full payment is required upon booking. A refund will be granted if cancellation is received up to 60 days prior to arrival. 60 up to 45 days, prior to arrival, 50 % refund, 45 days or less prior to arrival, No refund; 1st night non refundable for all confirmed booking. Credit card charges are 3.5% Visa/MC, 4.5% Amex (non refundable).
